Blades

There are a huge selection of clipper blades to choose from.  Light Duty clippers generally take the snap on blade system, giving a wide choice of grades for a variety of finishes. Full size clippers take the more usual grades ranging from coarse to extra fine, as well as specialist blades for more complex requirements.

We stock the top brands and endeavour to provide you with the blades that best fit you, your machine and your requirements.

Blade sharpening can now be paid for online which keeps turnaround times to a minimum. We have a variety of sharpening machines, so that blades are correctly sharpened depending on type.  Large horse/cattle blades are sharpened using a lapping machine which is calibrated throughout the day to give an even edge to your blades and to ensure consistency. This is a highly accurate way of sharpening and ensures that an absolute minimum of metal is removed at each sharpening ensuring blades last longer.
